Customer Success Lead

About the Position
We are looking to expand our team with a Customer Success Lead to help our customers maximize the value they receive from our solutions.
We seek to better understand each of our customers and provide greater value by helping them be more successful with our product. Customer expansion at the core of our growth. Our first contract with a customer is the initial engagement of a long-term relationship.
This is an intermediate-to-senior position. Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes or the mindset to acquire them. This role could be a great fit if you:
- have worked and learned under a Customer Success Lead in a B2B tech company that has undergone significant ex-pansion,
- have experience with large enterprise customers,
- understand the complexities of customers vs users and the different needs of different customer stakeholders,
- have worked with technical customers that are highly motivated and proud of their work.
The primary objective of this role is to build customer loyalty and trust by helping them be successful according to their own needs. The outcome is an increased penetration into our customer base through expansion. Primary duties include
- validating and refining the customer journey map,
- engaging with customers from the late stages of the sales process through to onboarding and activation,
- supporting customers throughout their experience with us,
- aligning with the product team in the customer feedback loop,
- providing customer intelligence back to the sales, marketing, and product teams, and
- securing expansion and renewal of product licenses.
